Three 500g bags of our popular Scone mix, with only needing to add water and 1 egg, thanks to our buttermilk powder blend in the mix, you can make a delicious batch of Cookie Jar style scones. This is just a base mix however, and it is so easy to play with different flavours and styles. For example apple and cinnamon scones, blueberry and lemon, makes a delicious top for a apple or rhubarb tart.
Great thing to make with the kids, or have handy in the cupboard to knock off some fresh scones before visitors arrive.
