Increasingly well known for their farm-to-fork mantra, O’Doherty’s is a 3rd generation family business that was started in 1957 by James O’Doherty. Originally a local butchers’ shop offering the best quality produce, the O’Doherty family - now headed by Pat and his son Fintan - now rear saddleback pigs on Inishcorkish Island on the shores of the beautiful Lough Erne.
O’Doherty’s Fermanagh Black Bacon - in original, cured or nitrite-free form - has been featured on many TV shows, including the Hairy Bikers Food Tour of Britain. Si and Dave were very impressed!
