A real complement of flavours from County Down local craft.The Dúlamàn was an ancient profession, where someone who harvested seaweed here in Carlingford lough area was called the Dúlamàn - Irish for "Channel Wrack" the Irish practice of gathering seaweed, which has been done for various purposes, including fertilizer, bathing and food.
