After setting out to make delicious hot chocolate that didn't lack the flavour and quality of powder hot chocolate, yet didn't hold such bitterness as the methods of traditional chocolatiers' I think we have stuck gold with our Dark 70% blend.
Our Dark 70% hot chocolate is incredible quality dark chocolate but with a smooth aftertaste, which you would find in milk chocolate. With the add bonus of the benefits that 70% cocoa contains... higher contains antioxidants, fiber, potassium, calcium, copper, magnesium, etc.
