The wooden spatula has been hand carved from a recycled Irish whiskey barrel stave with beautifully rounded edges, sanded to a silky smooth finish, and polished with my own handmade Irish organic linseed, beeswax blend. We love the thicker long handle which makes it comfortable to hold.
The spatula radiates the medullary rays in the wood grain, making this a truly special utensil.
