Causeway Coffee's Passionate Journey
The journey of Causeway Coffee began not in coffee shops but from a personal story of care and companionship over coffee. Founders Graham Watts and Chris McDaid started this venture on the north coast of Northern Ireland, near the iconic Giant's Causeway. Their goal was to make coffee that surpasses high street chains, focusing on taste rather than routine. They learned that good coffee is about freshly ground quality beans, not pretentiousness. Causeway Coffee is a proud member of the Specialty Coffee Association and has won multiple awards, including Gold at the Blas na heireann Irish Food Awards and the UK Taste Award. Each coffee, including Ciara, is roasted with the aim of delivering the best ethically sourced coffee, packaged in an environmentally friendly way
