The cider-making process starts with the blossoming of intense pink apple blossoms, heralding the apple season in the picturesque countryside of Armagh. These apples, carefully handpicked to maintain their quality and avoid bruising, are pressed using a modified traditional method that retains more texture and flavour. After pressing, the juice is given time to develop and mature, capturing the full flavours of the Armagh Bramley apples, some eating apples, and cider apples, all grown locally at Ballinteggart.
Christine's Cider Soap, handcrafted in County Armagh, Northern Ireland, is a celebration of this local heritage. The soap combines the subtle, natural flavours of the cider with a blend of essential oils and luxurious butters and oils. Key ingredients like olive oil, coconut oil, cocoa butter, shea butter, sweet almond oil, and castor oil ensure the soap is nourishing and moisturising, perfect for a gentle and soothing cleanse.
