We have scoured the land for the finest examples of the ingredients which make up the famous Ulster Fry. Each week or month, we will deliver a hand picked selection of everything you need to show your English, Scottish, Welsh or indeed any other pals unfortunate enough not to have known the joy of a world class fry just what they are missing.
What’s In The Box?
Each box comes with your choice of bacon, sausage and pudding (black, white or vegetable roll), plus of course the freshest soda and potato bread.
Just choose from locally roasted coffee or premium tea and select how often you want to receive your box.
You can also choose to add in a range of local favourites like Veda, Ballyrashane butter and Erne Larder sauces or double up on other ingredients!
Each Allster Fry is shipped in a temperature controlled box on Thursdays via 24 hour tracked courier. Arriving on Friday, you’ll be all set to impress your friends and family with a truly authentic gourmet Ulster Fry at the weekend!
Typical contents of each box are as follows:
- 6 rashers of premium bacon
- c. 6-8 gourmet sausages (pork, beef or speciality)
- 250g black or white pudding or vegetable roll
- 4-6 potato farls
- 2 soda farls
- 200-250g coffee (ground or whole bean); or
- Min 50 tea bags
